We are a US-based studio founded by a group of passionate TCG enthusiasts. For custom binders, we accept orders from most countries worldwide.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all custom binder orders to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Here's what you need to know:
Production & Delivery Timeline
Your custom binder is a made-to-order product crafted specifically for you, which requires additional production time. For orders within the United States, please allow 7-14 days for production and delivery.
For international orders, we ship via FedEx or DHL International to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery times vary by country due to differences in customs clearance procedures. Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery timeframes:

Please note that all provided shipping times are estimates. Uncontrollable factors, such as local customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, and holiday/peak periods, may cause shipping delays.

Order Cancellation Policy
Important: Custom binders are personalized products made specifically for you. Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and orders cannot be cancelled.
Tracking Your Order
Once your custom binder has been produced and shipped, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
During this period, feel free to contact us at any time to discuss customization details and make your binder even more perfect.
Delivery Error
In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery. $10 USD of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.
60-Day Guarantee
We guarantee delivery for all custom binder orders. If your order is not successfully delivered within 60 days, please send us a quick email with your order number, and we will arrange a reshipment or provide a full refund.
