Refund policy

At Ravaver, we want you to shop with comfort and confidence, which is why we provide an easy 30-day return and exchange policy.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.All return or exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.

We’re confident in the quality of our binder — that’s why we offer a free two-year warranty. If your binder experiences any non-human-related damage within two years of purchase, just contact us with a photo, and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date the original order was received.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition—free of scratches, wear, or any alterations, including resizing.
  • Customers are required to use a trackable shipping method when returning or exchanging items. Returns or exchanges sent without tracking will not be processed.
  • For returns, any promotional gifts included with the order must be returned as well. If not, the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • For exchanges or resizing, customers in remote areas may be responsible for additional fees due to geographical limitations. We will inform you of any applicable charges in advance, so you can make an informed decision.
  • we reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are abusing this right (for example, if you purchase and return an unusually large number of products, or repeatedly purchase and return products).
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Once processed, please allow up to an additional 2 days for the refund to appear in your account due to platform processing times.

Note: Please do not send returns to the address listed on your package, as it is not our designated return address. Doing so may delay the processing of your return.

Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving your package, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method as requested.

 

Full Refund

We offer a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Product quality issues

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Package lost in transit

  • Incorrect size or model selected by the customer

  • Missing items in the package
  • Wrong color or variation received
  • Pre-shipping cancellation
  • Duplicate charge / accidental double payment
  • Items returned within 30 days in complete, unused, and resale-ready condition

If all products are returned within 30 days and remain in original, undamaged condition (suitable for resale), a full refund will be issued. In this case, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Partial Refund

If promotional gifts are not returned, or only part of the items are sent back, the value of the unreturned products will be deducted from the refund. This ensures the refund amount accurately reflects the items you choose to keep.

 

Self-Service Return & Exchange Instructions

We strive to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Request Your Return

Email us at support@ravaver.com with the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, including your order number.


Step 2: Get Your Return Instructions

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Return Request Update from Ravaver” with detailed shipping instructions and a return authorization.


Step 3: Pack & Ship the Item(s)

Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including a note with your order number, full name, and email address. Ship the package prepaid using a trackable method.

Step 4: Upload Return Tracking Number

Once shipped, email the tracking number to support@ravaver.com so we can monitor your return.

We process returns and exchanges within 3 business days of receiving your package. For questions or assistance, reach out to us anytime at support@ravaver.com or via our online chat.

Damages and Issues

Check your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@ravaver.com, and—we’ll resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

To quickly get the item you want, return the current item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
