We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Here's what you need to know:

We’re a team of passionate Pokémon TCG collectors dedicated to creating high-quality products for players and collectors alike. With fulfillment centers in the US, the UK, Germany, and Canada, we’re able to ship orders across the continental U.S., the UK, the EU, and Canada.

For U.S. orders, we typically ship via USPS. For orders from the UK, Canada, and EU countries, we use Amazon Logistics for fulfillment to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

For other countries, additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact our customer service at support@ravaver.com, and we’ll provide you with an estimated quote for reference.

For customers in these countries, your package may arrive as soon as the next day, depending on your location and order time. For other regions, delivery times may vary based on local postal services and customs processing:

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of certain holidays. Please allow one additional business day for processing of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Your order will typically be processed within 24–48 hours.
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

Please note that all provided shipping times are estimates. Uncontrollable factors, such as local customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, and holiday/peak periods, may cause shipping delays. 

Delivery Error:
In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery. $8 USD or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.

 

60-Day Guarantee:

We guarantee delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered within 60 days, please send us a quick email with your order number, and we will arrange a reshipment or provide a full refund.
