Our binders don’t support extra pages—and that’s on purpose. Overfilling a binder can stress the spine and pinch your cards, which we’d never recommend.

When it’s full, it’s time to grab a new one and give your growing collection the space it deserves.

Our binders are built to last—but like your rarest cards, they still deserve a little love.

Thanks to the easy-care design, keeping yours in great shape is simple. Got smudges or oil marks on the cover? Just wipe gently with a damp cloth.

For the inner sleeves, take the cards out first, then clean the pockets with a soft cloth and let them air dry before putting cards back in.

One quick heads-up: they’re water-resistant, not waterproof. So best not to store them somewhere damp.

While we currently don’t offer customization services due to high order volumes, every Ravaver binder comes with a premium storage box and a tote bag — much like what you'd expect with a pair of high-end sneakers. It’s gift-ready right out of the box.
Yes, we do! Please reach out via our contact form for wholesale or partnership inquiries.
Our binder is designed for Pokémon cards, but it works well for most standard-size TCGs too. If your other cards are similar in size (like Magic: The Gathering or Yu-Gi-Oh!), they’ll fit just fine and stay well protected.
Shopping Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Simply copy your tracking number and enter it on this page to check the status of your order.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 days, depending on where you’re based.

If it’s been more than 10 days and your package hasn’t shown up, just reach out—we’ll sort it out for you.

Quick note: our warehouse team takes weekends and public holidays off, so orders placed then will ship on the next business day.
Tracking info can take 1–2 days to update after your order ships. Occasionally, carriers take a bit longer to scan the package.

Our company is based in TN, USA, and we have warehouses in the UK, Canada, and Germany. Therefore, we accept orders from the continental U.S., the UK, Canada, and EU.

In these countries, you enjoy free shipping and can receive your package within 2-7 days.

For other countries, additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact our customer service at support@ravaver.com, and we’ll provide you with an estimate for your reference.Full shipping policy.

This depends on when you submit your request. While we cannot guarantee any changes after an order has been placed, we will do our best to assist you.

We typically process orders within one business day. If your order has not yet been shipped (you will receive an email once it is dispatched), you can request modifications or cancellations by emailing us at support@ravaver.com—we prioritize these requests and will respond as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service.

If your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to contact the carrier to update the information or retrieve the package. Any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.
Payment Information
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Additionally, we support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.
We strictly adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Order Returns

At Ravaver, we want you to shop with comfort and confidence — that’s why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition — just make sure to contact us within 30 days of delivery.

1. Request a Return – Email support@ravaver.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

2. Receive Instructions – Within 48 hours, we’ll send return details and authorization.

3. Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship it prepaid with a trackable method.

4. Share Tracking – Email us the tracking number so we can monitor your return.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the cost will depend on your location.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
