Our binders do not support adding pages. Once they’re full, you’ll need to purchase a new binder.

In fact, we don’t recommend purchasing binders that allow additional pages, as adding too many pages could lead to overcrowding, which may ultimately damage your cards.

Shopping Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Simply copy your tracking number and enter it on this page to check the status of your order.

All orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing in our warehouse before shipment. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time depends on your location.

In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 days. If you haven’t received it within a week, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that our warehouse team is off on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
The tracking number may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. Occasionally, carriers may misplace an order. If the tracking number still isn’t working after 5 days, please contact us at support@ravaver.com.

Our company is based in TN, USA, and we have warehouses in the UK, Canada, and Germany. Therefore, we accept orders from the continental U.S., the UK, Canada, and Germany.

In these countries, you enjoy free shipping and can receive your package within 2-5 days.

For other countries, additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact our customer service at support@ravaver.com, and we’ll provide you with an estimate for your reference.Full shipping policy.

This depends on when you submit your request. While we cannot guarantee any changes after an order has been placed, we will do our best to assist you.

We typically process orders within one business day. If your order has not yet been shipped (you will receive an email once it is dispatched), you can request modifications or cancellations by emailing us at support@ravaver.com—we prioritize these requests and will respond as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service.

If your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to contact the carrier to update the information or retrieve the package. Any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.
Payment Information
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Additionally, we support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.
We strictly adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the payment method. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ravaver.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your payment was declined, please check your details and try again or use a different payment method.

If the issue persists after multiple attempts, please contact us, and we’ll help you troubleshoot the problem.
Order Returns

At Ravaver, we want you to shop with comfort and confidence, which is why we provide an easy 30-day return and exchange policy.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, provided you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

1. Request a Return – Email support@ravaver.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

2. Receive Instructions – Within 48 hours, we’ll send return details and authorization.

3. Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship it prepaid with a trackable method.

4. Share Tracking – Email us the tracking number so we can monitor your return.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the cost will depend on your location.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
