We're committed to using lower-emission materials to create long-lasting products—designed to reduce waste and minimize our impact on the environment.
Ever heard of non-woven fabric? It’s made from petroleum-based plastics like polypropylene (PP), and it can take 50 to 100 years to break down. You’ll still find it in some official binders.
When we realized how many potentially harmful materials go into making a standard binder, we knew we had to do better. So we began reducing their use—starting with the materials themselves.
It wasn’t easy. We had to research safer alternatives, work closely with our factories to implement custom material specs, and run countless tests to make sure we never sacrificed the quality and usability our customers expect.
Fortunately, we didn’t just meet the challenge—we created something better.
So, here’s what we chose instead:
Archival-Safe Core Boards：We use acid-free boards at the binder’s core—crucial for long-term storage. They help prevent yellowing or degradation over time, so your cards stay crisp, clean, and collector-worthy.
PVC-Free Pocket Pages：Our pockets are made without PVC, a material known for releasing toxins during production and disposal. By going PVC-free, we protect both your cards and the environment.
Durable PU Leather Cover：Our Lychee Grain PU leather is built to last. While no synthetic leather is perfect, this one offers exceptional durability—so your binder lives longer and ends up in landfills less. It also feels great in your hands and provides superior protection.
EVA Foam for Structure & Padding: We use EVA foam inside the cover to give structure and softness. It’s a safer, more stable alternative to traditional plastics, with fewer harmful chemicals and excellent cushioning.
Natural Felt-Touch Inner Lining: Inside, your cards rest against a soft felt-touch lining. It’s gentle, premium in feel, and chosen specifically for its lower environmental footprint compared to synthetic alternatives.
Recycled & Recyclable Packaging: Sustainability doesn’t stop at the product. Our shipping boxes use recycled materials and are fully recyclable. We’re also improving our inner packaging to include more recycled content, every step of the way.
We’re proud to say our binders offer archival-safe protection while aligning with modern sustainability practices. They’re built to last, made with consciously chosen materials to reduce environmental impact—and to reduce waste over time.
But we’re not stopping here. We’re constantly researching new materials and better ways to make what we do even greener.
